Tania originally worked in Benzie County for Attorney Miles C. Gerberding and has been with our firm since 2015.

She assists primarily with estate planning, probate administration and trust administration.

Karen has worked in the legal field for over 20 years with experience in  litigation, estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships/guardianships, business law, real estate law, collections, and workers’ compensation.

Cathy joined our firm in 2021. She has experience in litigation, estate planning, probates and trust administration, business, construction, and real estate law, conservatorships and guardianships.

Angie specializes in energy, utility, and environmental law.

For over 20 years she has assisted with the representation of biomass and landfill gas generating facilities before the Michigan Public Service Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Angie has a background in insurance defense and medical malpractice litigation.

Ryan performs a variety of tasks. He does investigative research and drafts legal briefs for cases in fields including medical, municipality, litigation, and real estate. He also assists with estate planning, technology updates for the office, and organization.
